BEST SERIES EVER!

I can't think of any other books that are this good, and I read every day. Not only do I love this story but the style of this author is wonderful. So many others fill pages with silly thoughts meant to show how "deep" their characters are but it's gets very repetitive. All it does for me is make me think they are getting paid for each word and I view it as padding. Not Penelope, I'm truly amazed with her talent 💕

This was an amazing installment to conclude this series. I loved it could not put it down, and tried to slow my reading so it would not end!! I loved how everything turned out! It has suspense, action, and romance! I love how soft and hard Crow found himself to be and I also love that Pearl helped him find the man who he was supposed to be! If you love action, suspense, and romance you will absolutely love this page turner!!! Penelope is such an amazing author and I am forever a fan!

This was written really well. The first book was a little tough to read due to the violence Pearl was subjected to - but it was well worth reading this series. I loved how strong Pearl was.

3.5 stars! I'm so sad to give this book these stars but the book lacked something. This isn't going to be a very good review because I don't know how to describe why this felt different but it did. Something was missing that was in the first two books. Maybe it was that this book is lighter than the first two or that the characters changed and did a 180 but I can't put my finger on it. I still enjoyed this story and how it concluded but it missed what the other books had. I was so over Pearl going back and forth with her decision. I get it. I can see why but still. Get it together before half of the book. My fingers are crossed for Cane to get a book. I feel it will be even darker than this trilogy! He deserves some love!

I just loved this entire series. It killed me to wait for this one to come out, but it was worth it. I loved Crow and Pearl, both flawed and broken. Yet, they fixed each other. Although dark at times, the love story was beautiful and so well written. Can't wait for her next book!

I was hooked from book one! All 3 books were well developed in the story line, and I found each one to be a real page turner. I highly recommend all 3! The subject matter of what happens to Button is heart wrenching, but the author tells the story very well & will leave you rooting for Button & Crow to find their happily ever after in the end.

Buttons and Pain is the final installment of a great Trilogy. This final book brings Crow and Pearls story to a heart-stopping end. The characters continue to grow through their pain and learn to accept love in a complete and beautiful way. The suspense of figuring out what's going to happen to Bones kept me on pins and needles throughout the book. And of course, the love scenes - ooooo,LA,LA! So steamy. As with the first two books, Buttons and Lace & Buttons and Hate, I'm going to have a book hangover for days. These books do need to be read in order, but they're definitely worth it.

I still enjoyed this story and how it concluded but it missed what the other books had. I was so over Pearl going back and forth with her decision. I get it. I can see why but still. Get it together before half of the book. My fingers are crossed for Cane to get a book. I feel it will be even darker than this trilogy! He deserves some love!

So Good

I just loved this entire series. It killed me to wait for this one to come out, but it was worth it. I loved Crow and Pearl, both flawed and broken. Yet, they fixed each other. Although dark at times, the love story was beautiful and so well written. Can't wait for her next book!

Shocking & Surprising

This series involves very dark content and not my usual romance read. But, I loved it. Watching Pearl grow and become her own woman and help bring out the human in Crow was amazing to read. Loved the whole series

Great Story!

I was hooked from book one! All 3 books were well developed in the story line, and I found each one to be a real page turner. I highly recommend all 3! The subject matter of what happens to Button is heart wrenching, but the author tells the story very well & will leave you rooting for Button & Crow to find their happily ever after in the end.

After reading the first two books I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen with Crow and Button. Buttons and Pain is intense and keeps you on the edge waiting to see what will happen. I couldn't stop once I started. This series by far has been a must read.

Romance at its best

Buttons and Pain is the final installment of a great Trilogy. This final book brings Crow and Pearls story to a heart-stopping end. The characters continue to grow through their pain and learn to accept love in a complete and beautiful way. The suspense of figuring out what's going to happen to Bones kept me on pins and needles throughout the book. And of course, the love scenes - ooooo,LA,LA! So steamy. As with the first two books, Buttons and Lace & Buttons and Hate, I'm going to have a book hangover for days. These books do need to be read in order, but they're definitely worth it.
